Mental Fitness Trainer: Healthcare & Caregiver Wellness. Certified First Responder Supporter, Nurse, Caregiver
I am a registered nurse, mother, and wife of a first responder, and I bring a deeply personal understanding of what it means to care for others while learning to care for yourself, too.
After 12 years in healthcare—including eight years as a bedside RN—I made the difficult decision to step away from bedside nursing after experiencing firsthand the toll that burnout can take. That experience reshaped the way I think about health and sparked a passion for helping people build wellness proactively, rather than waiting until they are depleted or in crisis.
As both a nurse and first responder spouse, I bring a unique perspective to Elevate that bridges healthcare, responder wellness, and family life. I am especially passionate about preventative health, caregiver burnout, sustainable wellness, and helping people recognize that caring for themselves is not separate from caring for others. It is what allows us to keep doing the work and loving the people that matter to us.
In fall 2026, I will begin a nurse coaching program as I work toward becoming a Board Certified Nurse Coach, continuing to expand the knowledge and tools I can bring to the individuals, families, and organizations Elevate serves.
At the heart of my work is something I learned through my own journey: sometimes choosing yourself takes courage, and taking care of the person behind the role matters just as much as taking care of everyone else.
